Branding Through Stationery

In every business, be it a small cafe or large firm, corporate stationeries like name card, letterhead, envelope,  flyers etc are essential as it creates an identity for your business.

At VIP, we understand that many business owners nowadays:

- Does not have an idea on how to create an identity for their business,
- Does not know where to start,
- Does not realize the magnitude corporate stationeries speak for your brand.

That's where we come into the picture :)

To share with you, this is how we normally work with our customers on corporate stationeries.

Phase 1: Coffee (or Teh Tarik) Chat
At this phase, our priority is to understand what is your business all about; who you are; what is the company's unique selling point, business philosophy, background etc. We will also discuss the requirements of the items required (item specification are as listed at the end of this entry).

Phase 2: Quotation
Based on our understanding of your requirement, we will propose a suitable package.

Phase 3: Acceptance of Quotation and Design Stage
Once the quotation is confirmed, VIP will work on 2-3 design options.

Phase 4: Confirmation of Artwork and Printing Stage
Once an artwork is chosen and confirmed, we will proceed to the printing stage.

Phase 5: Delivery
Once the stationeries are printed and packaged, goods will be delivered to your doorstep.

Hope the above will give you an idea on where to start! Let us know how we can help you further. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to drop us an email at hello@vip.net.my

Cheers!

Media Exposure

One of our services is to provide Public Relations consultation and management. As PR consultants, we become the sole liaison with press/media, bloggers, the public, for our client. It is our responsibility to help clients project and uphold their USP, image/reputation.

Recently, we were commissioned by the Nation Building Pioneers (a.k.a. Persatuan Perintis Bina Negara) to manage the Public Relations of their latest project, a musical, which was due in 2-weeks time. Talk about tight schedule!

Within two short weeks, or technically just 10-working days, we prepared and sent out press releases; liaised with media/press + bloggers; arranged interviews and managed the musical's official social sites.

In this entry, we'll like to share some of the pre-event coverage that was published:

Sin Chew Daily, Metro Edition. Page 28. December 3rd, 2011

The Star, Nation Edition. Page 3. December 1st, 2011

The Star, R.AGE. Page 8. November 30th, 2011

Apart from the main features, the musical was also announced in various print media e.g. Oriental Daily.

Traditional print media is still very much alive and essential. We received many enquiries from readers.

There are many ways to get client's product/services featured. For example, we arranged an interview with the Star R.AGE journalist and members of PPBN and cast. This way, the journalist will be able to probe further and get more 'juice' for the story. Or, the traditional way would be the PR agency (us, in this case) preparing the press releases, and sending it to the press via mail or email.

The pre-event coverage on Sin Chew Daily and The Star Nation Edition (as seen above) is a result of our press release.
